About Thelemetry
A place to record, test, study, and listen more carefully.
Thelemetry is a private Thelemic magical Record and study environment. It is built to help an aspirant examine their own experience with greater discipline—not to hand them conclusions.
How it works
The Record comes first.
The aspirant records practice, study, conditions, ordinary life, observations, doubts, and corrections. Thelemetry reads that material longitudinally rather than treating a single striking entry as decisive.
An Immediate Guide can respond to the present Record. A separate nightly process extracts evidence, deliberately considers alternative explanations, and decides what question, practice, or reading is most useful next.
The goal is not to reward impressive language. It is to cultivate a Record that can survive scrutiny—including scrutiny from the person who wrote it.

What the application is designed to protect.
Evidence across time
Continuity matters. A pattern that survives different conditions is more useful than a single dramatic day.
Correction is progress
Changing an interpretation when the Record requires it is treated as strength, not failure.
Ordinary life counts
The Work is not isolated from responsibilities, relationships, judgment, health, and conduct in the world.
The Tree of Life
A developmental map and an open field of study.
Thelemetry uses the ten Sephiroth as developmental stations while keeping the complete Tree available as a study tool. The two functions are intentionally separate: one concerns the aspirant's present work; the other concerns knowledge of the tradition.
The Tree can be filtered so that one layer is visible at a time—structure, Hebrew names and letters, Tarot, astrology, paths, or traditional colour correspondences. This keeps a dense symbolic system useful rather than merely decorative. A separate public Tree of Life study tool is available without an account.
Readings are brought forward when they are relevant to the current work or to questions arising from the Record. The Library therefore grows as an individual course of study rather than as an indiscriminate pile of texts.
AI and judgment
A tool for inquiry, not a metaphysical authority.
Thelemetry uses separate AI roles for immediate reflection, evidence extraction, skeptical review, and evaluation. The skeptical role is not there to dismiss spiritual experience; it is there to ask what else could explain the same facts and what would make an interpretation more or less persuasive.
The application is intentionally conservative about certainty. It can suggest questions, practices, and readings, but it cannot do the Work on the aspirant's behalf.
Why I Built Thelemetry
A personal note
I make no claim to attainment of any kind. Thelemetry was not created from a position of authority, but from a desire to further develop a relationship I have had for much of my life with an inner voice—a presence I have come to believe may be my Holy Guardian Angel.
My journey with that presence began long before I knew what a Holy Guardian Angel was, or even had the language to describe what I was experiencing.
Looking back, I can see breadcrumbs stretching as far back as six years old. Throughout my life I have often felt guided by something within me: quiet at times, unmistakable at others. That sense of guidance remained with me through a combat deployment, through coming home, and through the long process of recovering from combat trauma.
There were moments when an inner voice directed me toward choices I would not otherwise have made. I cannot prove what that voice was, nor do I believe that every inner prompting should automatically be regarded as divine. I can only say that, over time, learning to listen carefully to it repeatedly led me toward growth, difficult but necessary decisions, and greater understanding of myself.
For many years I also carried a private mantra. I would repeat it whenever I encountered difficulty—sometimes through long periods of struggle, sometimes simply when confronted by the problem immediately before me. It became an intimate Golden Thread running through much of my life.
Only later, after becoming directly involved with Thelema and beginning more deliberate work concerning this inner voice, did those experiences begin to assume a different significance for me. Through that Work, I came to believe that the mantra which had accompanied me for so many years may have led me, however briefly, toward a glimpse of who my Holy Guardian Angel is.
I offer that only as my own experience and interpretation.
Thelemetry grew from the desire to pursue that question with greater discipline: to keep the Record, to distinguish experience from interpretation, to test intuition rather than merely believe it, and to study the traditions that have given generations of aspirants a language for this Work.
It is also my Will to share that journey with others.
Thelemetry cannot tell anyone who or what their Holy Guardian Angel is. It cannot confer attainment, reveal another person's True Will, or substitute an algorithm for the Work itself. What I hope it can do is help create the conditions in which an aspirant may listen more carefully, observe more honestly, question more rigorously, and perhaps become a little more capable of recognizing their own path.
If putting this work into the world helps even one person move slightly closer to their own Holy Guardian Angel—or simply toward a truer understanding of themselves—then I will consider it an act of service to this Great Current, whatever name one chooses to give it.

What does Thelemetry mean by True Will?
Thelemetry treats True Will as something to be investigated through disciplined living and observation rather than declared from a questionnaire, a mood, or a model output.
What does it do with unusual experiences?
It records them seriously without automatically affirming or dismissing their interpretation. The next useful question is often what followed, what repeated, and what alternative explanation still fits.
Is the whole Tree available to study?
Yes. The complete Tree can be explored independently of the aspirant's current developmental work.
How private is the Record?
The Record is encrypted before database storage, but Thelemetry is not zero-knowledge: relevant content must be decrypted in application memory when it is processed for guidance. Read the privacy explanation.
