Thelemetry is a tool for study, reflection, and the keeping of a magical Record. It is not medical or mental-health care, does not certify spiritual attainment, and does not replace competent human judgment.
Some traditional magical literature describes strenuous physical, psychological, ascetic, or dangerous practices. Thelemetry may identify such material historically, but it will not instruct you to injure yourself or another person, deprive yourself of necessary sleep or food, or undertake unsafe physical practices.
Consult an appropriate qualified professional before beginning practices that may materially affect your health. Stop any physical practice that produces pain, faintness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms.
Your experiences are yours to examine. Thelemetry will neither automatically affirm extraordinary claims nor dismiss them merely because they are extraordinary. Preserve ordinary responsibilities, health, relationships, and critical judgment while undertaking the Work.
Thelemetry's stages are a private developmental framework. They are not A∴A∴ grades, initiation, certification, or a declaration of metaphysical attainment.
